Now a days, ROC issuing heavy penalty on having two Having two DINs. Now having two Having two DINs is risky. The ROC is not accepting surrender of duplicate DINs via DIR-5 without adjudication and penalty payment. As a result, thousands of suo-moto adjudication applications are being filed to surrender duplicate DINs.
⚠ Most importantly, ROC is imposing the maximum penalty in the majority of cases.
