Shops & Establishment Registration At The Time Of Incorporation
=> Notification : Companies (Incorporation) 4th Amendment Rules 2021
- The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide it’s notification dated 7th June 2021, has amended the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 by including Shops & Establishment Registration at the time of incorporation of new Companies.
- It has been done as part of ease of doing business initiative of the MCA.
